Lesekreis in Leipzig: Militarismus und Antimilitarismus, einführende Sitzung
An der Leibniz-Statue am Hauptcampus der Uni Leipzig
About
A reading circle dealing with militarism and antimilitarism meets at the Leibniz statue on the main campus of Leipzig University. The group Klasse Gegen Klasse is behind it, organizing a reading circle in Leipzig. The group reads Marxist classics by Karl Liebknecht („Militarismus und Antimilitarismus“) and Vladimir Lenin („Sozialismus und Krieg“) as well as current texts on the central questions of direction facing the antimilitarist movement today. No prior knowledge is required; the first session needs no advance reading, and participants receive a reader with reading questions for the following weeks at the end of it.
