Lesekreis: Warum Krieg?
Bildungswerk Berlin der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung, Olivaer Platz 16, 10707 Berlin, Wilmersdorf
About
A reading circle where a group reads texts circulated in advance and discusses them together. The Bildungswerk Berlin der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung invites participants to explore the causes, interests, justifications and consequences of wars – from questions of who profits, through social defence, to whether war could fundamentally be made obsolete. Four weekly sessions take place, and continuous attendance across all dates is requested upon registration. The seminar is led by Micky Haque, a political scientist from the Bildungswerk's working group on international politics and political theory.
