A reading by the Turkish-German author Sibel Schick from her current book "Mein Körper – wessen Entscheidung? Warum wir reproduktive Gerechtigkeit brauchen". The project Starke Frauen*, Starker Kiez invites together with the Stadtbibliothek Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg; the event takes place in German and Turkish. In the book, Schick analyzes why politics must not be made with our bodies and shows movingly and combatively that true justice lies in a shared liberation. As seats are limited, prior registration by email is requested, and admission is free.
