About
A liturgical Vesper, a public, ecumenical prayer service at the Peter altar of the Berlin Cathedral. Members of the Johanniter and Malteser orders take part together with the cathedral congregation and visitors; the prayer in the monastic tradition is a prayer of praise, spiritual strengthening, intercession for the sick and suffering, and thanksgiving. The Vesper has been celebrated since 1997 on the first Monday of each month.
