A comedy programme by Ludger K., who puts the sacred cows of the German republic under the microscope with fine humour and self-mockery. The comedian has hosted more than 1,000 variety shows, including for Circus Roncalli, and was a regular at Berlin's Quatsch Comedy Club for 15 years. His programme "Verstehen Sie DOITSCH?" commits to sarcasm and love of attack, takes digs at government absurdity and self-absorbed TV correspondents, and offers reconciliation in irreconcilable times.
