Manfred-Stelzer award: film comedies with Maren Kroymann.

The evening is the award ceremony of the Manfred-Stelzer-Nachwuchspreis für Filmkomödien, celebrating laughter and asking why things we once found funny now only seem comical. It opens with the documentary 'Was haben wir gelachen', which links humor to social conditions and examines why laughter at women's expense was so ubiquitous on television in the 1990s and 2000s. In the talk afterwards, Maren Kroymann and the filmmakers Eva Müller and Isabel Schneider give answers. The evening is hosted by film journalist and author Jenni Zylka.
