This musical reading brings social-psychological analysis and live music together in a cross-disciplinary stage evening. Behind the event is social psychologist and author Nilima Chowdhury, aka singer-songwriter Sayn, who interweaves her own songs with text passages. It centres on her book „Die Funktioniererin“ and on how cultural ideals about women lead to overload and self-doubt, performed with vocals, guitar, piano, violin and double bass.
