"Nun müssen Worte wie Blumen entstehen" is a word-music collage devoted to Friedrich Hölderlin and Ludwig van Beethoven. Corinna Harfouch (recitation) and Hideyo Harada (piano) explore the artistic parallels between the two artists who were born in the same year. Hölderlin's poems, hymns and elegies, excerpts from his novel Hyperion and philosophical reflections on Greek antiquity meet musical works by the Viennese classicist. The performance takes place in the Kammer of the Deutsches Theater and lasts 1 hour 30 minutes without an interval.
