“❊ Pilates und Entspannung für Frauen - auf dem Wasser ❊” is a Pilates and relaxation class for women only, held on a boat, on the sun deck or below deck depending on the weather. The class is run by Sindy, who under the name Soulful Movement also offers other events such as yoga-Pilates classes and day retreats for women on the same boat. The session combines gentle and powerful Pilates, breathing and relaxation exercises with a focus on the body's core, including abdomen, pelvic floor and back. It ends with an extended relaxation, and you are welcome to bring your own mat, though a few are available on site.
