Pizza Talks Marinehaus meets Makkaroni Akademie

A „Pizza Talk“ combining conversation, a DJ set and live graphic recording around the question of who counts as a migrant and who as an expat in Berlin. Aurora Rodonò, co-founder of the Makkaroni Akademie and curator for migration history at the Berlin Museum, and DJ and cook Emilia Callari discuss the experiences of „guest worker“ migration and more recent immigration, the collecting of migration history, and the development of the Marinehaus. Comic artist Burcu Türker captures the talk live in drawing, Emilia Callari plays a DJ set, and pizza is on the house. The event takes place in German, English and, if needed, Italian.
