About

The PopUp-Kino of the Central and State Library Berlin shows an audience-requested film at the Amerika-Gedenkbibliothek as part of its Gucken, Wünschen, Teilen series. The screening features a film by the Wachowski siblings, marked by philosophical questions, dark neon aesthetics and interwoven storylines. The dialogues are intellectual and multi-layered, inviting reflection on freedom, perception and the construction of reality. Afterwards visitors discuss the film together, and a wish box collects ideas for future film evenings.
