Praxisseminar: Schneller texten, besser kommunizieren – mit ChatGPT, Claude und Co.

A one-day practical seminar on using ChatGPT, Claude and other language models in housing companies. It is run by the BBA – Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft e. V. at its premises on Hauptstraße 78/79 in Berlin, with Markus Reiter teaching the day. Participants write prompts and develop draft texts from them for listings, tenant information, mailings and press releases, tailor them to different audiences, and also create AI images for construction projects and campaigns. Legal questions around AI use, such as the EU AI Act, data protection and copyright, are covered alongside reliable review processes for AI-generated content.
