About

“Räuber in the box” is a one-woman-plus-puppets full playback show in which Bridge Markland stages Schiller's drama “Die Räuber” as a fast-paced piece. Rebellion, envy, love, stubbornness, hero worship and despair are the stuff of the play. Markland heightens Schiller's fierce language with 155 songs, film music and film quotations.
