Running Towards You is an evening built around an intimate short documentary showing that runners are everyday people, and that running is simply another way to reconnect with and love yourself. It is put on by Refuge Worldwide, the radio station on Niemetzstraße. The programme starts with a guided breathwork exercise to set the mood, followed by the film and a live radio broadcast with music by Melody Wagner and a panel discussion hosted by Délicia Buton with guests Greg Emeka, Anna Akosua and Deidre Olsen. Wear comfortable clothes and come as you are – there is no dress code.
