The 7th International Conference 'Safeguarding Romani Language' is dedicated to preserving and developing the Romani language. It is hosted by the European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (ERIAC) together with the Roma and Travellers Division of the Council of Europe. Linguists, policymakers, technology experts and Romani writers will discuss how the language can be taught and used in classrooms, institutions and the digital world. The programme concludes with a public literary event around the installation 'The Tree of the Romani Language' by the artist Marina Rosselle.
