Sanftes Yoga für Frauen (VR)

“Sanftes Yoga für Frauen (VR)” is an empathetic, considerate yoga session for women of any age. Using props such as blocks, bolsters and belts, participants practise gently and without pressure to perform. Muscles are gently strengthened, joints mobilised, fascia kept supple and the sense of balance trained, often while lying down.
