About
„Schnee von gestern, Schnee von morgen“ is a theatre evening in which language itself becomes the event. The text is by Peter Handke, an author awarded the Nobel Prize in 2019, whose works such as „Publikumsbeschimpfung“ have revolutionised theatre. In a kind of poetic exploration, a poet traverses the world and the world traverses him; a person on the move, amid the world's confusion, searching for a „you“ – „oder auch nicht?“ (or maybe not?). Jossi Wieler directs the piece, which premiered at the Salzburg Festival as a co-production with it, with Jens Harzer and Marina Galic.
