setten #12 - Moor Mother FETISH BONES 10th Anniversary & NEXUS RELIKIA Launch

A music event in Berlin pairing a live performance by Moor Mother celebrating the tenth anniversary of her album Fetish Bones with a set from NEXUS launching their debut EP RELIKIA. Moor Mother is the musical moniker of Camae Ayewa, a Philadelphia-based musician, artist, and activist whose 2016 debut fused punk's visceral anger with the expansive improvisatory spirit of Sun Ra, earning praise from The Wire, Pitchfork, and others. NEXUS is a duo of B4mba and Mooki6, both members of Barcelona's Pan-African collective Jokkoo, who have stirred crowds at festivals like Berlin Atonal and Unsound since emerging in 2025. The venue is a members-only club near Jannowitzbrücke; those without a membership can sign up at the door for an annual fee.
