„Shalom Habibi“ is a singing gathering in the Bohemian Village at the STATTbereich Brüdergemeine, where people of different religions sing and make music together and afterwards share a meal. It is held by the Evangelische Brüdergemeine Berlin, whose ancestors fled from Bohemia to Rixdorf more than 250 years ago. Simple, moving songs are sung without sheet music, because music connects people and lets peace and understanding grow. Everyone brings something for the buffet, please no pork.
