Sheila Armstrong and Gesa Stedman

A reading-and-talk evening at the Großer Saal of Literaturhaus Berlin. Sheila Armstrong, an Irish writer living in Berlin-Neukölln, reads from her novel 'The Red Mouth', published in 2026, and discusses with Gesa Stedman (HU Berlin) how to write about one's homeland of Ireland from afar. This is followed by a presentation of the book 'Berlin Babel' with Leon Craig and Katy Derbyshire, after which DJ Natalie Stardust plays. The event is a cooperation with the Center for British Studies and the British Council.
