Sich abgrenzen & Nein sagen

An evening workshop for women* on setting boundaries and saying no, practicing how to meet outside expectations with self-determination and articulate one's own needs and limits. It is run by the Bildungswerk Berlin der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung and led by Sandra Maria Fanroth of the working group on women's political education. Using posture, gaze, voice and gestures as deliberate tools, participants learn to be taken seriously and to hold their ground in power games. With around 16 to 20 women* taking part, the evening aims to encourage people to explore their own wishes, goals and interests and stand up for them more confidently.
