Workshop: DIE POWER DER WUT: WUT ALS KRAFTQUELLE NUTZEN

The workshop "DIE POWER DER WUT: WUT ALS KRAFTQUELLE NUTZEN" invites participants to take a fresh look at anger as a feeling that is often taboo and to reshape their own access to it. It is hosted by the women's centre Paula Panke in Weißensee. In a protected setting, it explores why anger in women and TINA* persons is often judged negatively and suppressed in society, even though there are many valid reasons to be angry. Through exchange and dialogue, new perspectives and practical strategies emerge for perceiving anger more consciously and expressing it in a way that strengthens us as a source of power.
