About
“Stimmen – Spuren und Séancen” is an evening of readings, music and performance at the Akademie der Künste. Participants include Andy Ammer, Kerstin Hensel, Kathrin Röggla, Ulrich Peltzer, Steffi Weismann and the duo Driftmachine, among others. Following All Souls' Day, the evening is devoted to the sometimes ghostly voices of the past and invites the audience to a literary language performance and musical séance that culminates in an encounter between living authors and voices from the radio. It closes with a sampled, rhythmicized reading by Heiner Müller, accompanied by DJ sounds at the bar.
