Erzählsalon Migration Special: Des Märchens Kern is a talk evening hosted by the Berlin Museum at the Ephraim-Palais with music by Sema Moritz. With publisher Ahmet Işık Doğan and literary scholar Nesrin Tanç, the evening explores migrant literature and the story of the Ararat Verlag, which began with Vasıf Öngören's book „Des Märchens Kern“. Also presented is the book artwork „Hommage an Istanbul“, combining drawings by Hanefi Yeter with texts and a CD of songs by the German-Turkish music project „Sema & Taksim“. Sema Moritz performs several songs live with Martin Lillich on double bass, and the evening is moderated by Aurora Rodonò.
