Surf Film Nacht: Guts + Her Wave is a double feature of two films about wanderlust, discovery and the courage to make dreams come true. In GUTS, Patrizia and Marie set out on a 20,000-kilometre offroad surf safari from Biarritz to Guinea-Bissau to capture the stories of women redefining their place in society across Northwest Africa. In three chapters oriented to the phases of the moon, HER WAVE follows Germany's big-wave surfer Lena Kemna through her second season in Nazaré. The night's motto: creative madness and incredible surfing.
