At Bab Kisan you prepare a multi-course Syrian menu with Elyas using fresh ingredients and aromatic spices – going far beyond hummus and falafel, you learn traditional family recipes and preparation techniques of Damascene home cooking, much of it the way Elyas learned it from his mother. After about 4.5 hours of cooking together, a break with selected mezze and enjoying the menu you made yourselves, the restaurant stays exclusively reserved for your group.
