Waldlauf der Kanuten: running race for paddlers.

The „Waldlauf der Kanuten“ is a running event organised by the Berliner Kanu-Club Borussia e.V. at its clubhouse on Scharfenberger Straße 50. It features individual and relay races and invites all paddlers — from sprint racing to touring, sea kayaking, polo, SUP, outrigger, dragon boat as well as slalom and whitewater — young and old, from elite to recreational sport. Every participant in an individual race receives a medal, with winners' medals for the top three of each individual race, while relays compete for trophies and other prizes. Free tea is provided for all participants, and cake, bratwurst, steaks, waffles and drinks are offered at low prices.
