A panel discussion on the conditions of seasonal work in German agriculture. Behind the event is the Initiative Faire Landarbeit, which has campaigned for over ten years for better working conditions for seasonal workers, in cooperation with the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung. It addresses growing attacks on the minimum wage and social protection for seasonal workers, the political measures needed, and prospects for seasonal workers and farming. The panel brings together representatives from politics, the European Parliament, trade unions and labour law counselling, moderated by Jonas Seufert.
