About

"FairÄnderung" is a presentation followed by a discussion about the working conditions of artists with disabilities. As part of the initiative "Übermorgen", Theater Thikwa critically examined employment models, including the lack of a minimum wage in workshops for disabled people. Project lead Juno Mahla presents the results and introduces ideas for fair pay, self-determination, visibility and less dependence on public authorities. The discussion features members of the Thikwa ensemble, the Federal Government Commissioner Jürgen Dusel (upon request) and Juli Reinartz, co-director of Making a Difference; admission is free.
