WINTERLIGHTS 2026 is a sparkling winter landscape of light, movement, sound and ice in the monumental TRANSFORMATOR hall. Behind it is the Berlin light and media artist Christopher Bauder, who composes a poetic forest of over 600 floating trees and more than 250,000 lights across 1,000 square metres. At its centre lies a spacious ice rink with thousands of lights embedded in the ice, letting visitors glide literally through the light. The Dutch musician Chris Kuijten accompanies the installation with his soundscape.
