About
„Wissen zwischen Büchern“ is a series of events at the Humboldt-Bibliothek during Berlin Science Week, in which researchers speak on scientific topics that move the city and the neighbourhood. It is organised by the Berlin public libraries, inviting people to join in, ask questions and think further from 01 to 10 November 2026. The programme includes the exhibition „ME+BeFallen“ with audio works by Tarik Goetzke and Anna Kubelík, an information stand and talks by Dr. Britta Geiser on blue-green algae in Lake Tegel, a live demonstration on eye tracking, a talk by Silke Voigt-Heucke on urban wildlife in Berlin, and an artist talk with performance. Admission is free.
