About
"Wissen zwischen Büchern und Science for Fiction" is an opening event that brings research into Berlin's public libraries as part of Berlin Science Week. Author Bernhard Kegel and Dr. Ina Czyborra present their new project of bringing science into Berlin's public libraries. Dancer and choreographer Irina Demina then shows how reading can be danced, after which Kegel reads from his novel "Gras". In it, a meadow idyll on Berlin's Bundesplatz turns into an unstoppable catastrophe, and together with Prof. Dr. Jonathan Jeschke and the audience, questions about science in science fiction are discussed.
