Wohnungsnot im Vogelreich - Workshop im Nistkastenbau

The workshop addresses the housing shortage facing birds and insects, which are finding fewer and fewer hollows and niches for their young due to the destruction of natural habitats. It explains why artificial nest boxes are so useful for bird and bat species and help secure their survival. In the second part, participants build their own nest box, which they can then put up at home. The date during the autumn school holidays was chosen exclusively for VDGN members, and children are welcome.
