This is a workshop on creative journaling titled "AUSGEBUCHT //Workshop: Art & Mindfulness Journaling". It is hosted by Dussmann das KulturKaufhaus on the first floor of its store on Friedrichstraße. Participants learn to capture feelings, thoughts and ideas visually, for example by making a vision or mood board or keeping a gratitude journal, and experience how meditative it is to be in a creative flow while working with their hands. All materials, a high-quality Moleskine sketchbook as well as drinks and snacks are included.
