Workshop Japanische Bento-Box

A workshop about the Japanese bento box that focuses on two foundations of Japanese food culture: cooking perfect rice and shaping omusubi (rice balls). Behind the workshop is team-OMUSUBI, which presents bento as a reflection of the Japanese view of nature, a sense of aesthetics and mindful care for family and others. Participants learn how to use this to make everyday life more interesting and richer. Those who want to prepare various bento side dishes can continue with the workshop „BENTO-BOX NEXT“.
