About
The Delfeayo Marsalis Quintet performs jazz at Zig Zag. Led by GRAMMY-winning trombonist Delfeayo Marsalis and tenor saxophonist Eric Alexander, with Renato Chicco on piano, Glen Fisher on bass and Joris Dudli on drums, the quintet combines raw blues with original compositions and classic American songs. The journey begins in the streets of New Orleans, travels through the blues clubs of Chicago and ends in the legendary ballrooms of Harlem in its heyday – from Armstrong to Parker, Gershwin to Monk. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and tickets are also available at the door, subject to availability.
