About
A chamber music concert by the Aida Piano Trio — violinist Esther Zaglia, cellist Clélia Le Bret and pianist Sofía Medina — at Conway Hall. The programme pairs Beethoven's Trio in E flat Op.70/2 with Shostakovich's searing 1923 Trio, a haunting Sarabande by Isidora Žebeljan, and Mendelssohn's D minor Trio to close. It is a beautifully balanced evening of striking contrasts, performed with real emotional range, open to all ages with under 16s accompanied by an adult.
