About
A hands-on taster day workshop about how architecture shapes the places we live, work and connect. It is run by Ravensbourne University London for year 12-13 students, including Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC learners, interested in architecture, design, technology and the built environment. Participants recreate parts of the Greenwich Peninsula as cardboard architectural models, learning model-making techniques used by architects and designers. They then use LiDAR-enabled 3D scanning technology to digitally document and archive their work and experience the university's studio environment and approach to learning.
