Break Time is a social group space for learning disabled and neurodivergent adults to come together and meet people on their own terms. It offers a facilitated discussion group alongside an open space where people can show up however they feel most comfortable. Attendees can join the conversation, chat one-to-one or wear headphones, with no pressure.
