Rotherhithe Shed (Monday session)
London Bubble Theatre, Elephant Lane 3-5, SE16 4JD London, Bermondsey
About
Rotherhithe Shed is a workshop session where people aged 55 and over put their practical skills to good use – fixing, making, whittling, drilling, sawing and tinkering. It is set up in partnership by Time & Talents and London Bubble Theatre Company, and takes place in a well-equipped workshop where people work together on a range of practical activities. Skilled artists and technical experts are on hand to support participants who want to learn new skills, and project ideas are strongly encouraged and developed. If you have something that needs mending or maintaining – be it a wobbly chair or a squeaky bike – bring it along, or just come for the company and to help make the tea.
