C&C 2026-27 Contemporary Advanced (Drop in) Stephen Pelton
The Place, Duke's Road 17, WC1H 9PY London, St Pancras
About
Contemporary Advanced with Stephen Pelton is a drop-in contemporary dance class at The Place. It combines Limon-based fundamentals, ballet placement exercises and yoga-inspired strengthening practices with Stephen Pelton's own lyrical and idiosyncratic movement style. Participants learn a choreographic sequence emphasising movement dynamics and musicality, accompanied live by music from composer and percussionist Bobby Demers. The relaxed, encouraging class is recommended for dancers with at least five years of experience.
