About

A live concert by singer-songwriter and cellist Ayanna Witter-Johnson, presented as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival's takeover of the capital, with DJ support from Tina Edwards. The MOBO-nominated artist plays songs centred on her relationship with the cello, drawing on her new album New Roots and its blend of soul-leaning sound, jazz colour, folk storytelling and her Caribbean heritage. Her intimate live shows are known for mesmerising vocals, uncompromising lyrics and deft reinterpretations of songs on the cello. The evening takes place in the Live Room and is an 18+ jazz and soul night.
