About
Free Intro to Skateboarding is a beginner lesson that shows how to pick a working skateboard, choose the right size and adjust it. It is run by School of Skate, which teaches skateboarding at Copeland Park & Bussey Building. After gearing up with pads, participants establish their stance and learn to stand, fall and push. Mondays are for adults, Wednesdays for ages 5-10 and Thursdays for ages 11-16.
