About
Georgia Crandon Duo is a late-night live set at Nightjar, reopening after a private event for the bar's Thursday Throwdown. Jazz singer Georgia Crandon has performed at venues including the Liverpool Philharmonic, Birmingham Symphony and a sell-out Royal Albert Hall show, touring the UK with her fan-base, the "Essex Massive". Described as 'refreshingly different' by the Evening Standard and 'a nano second ahead of the pulse' by BBC Radio Essex, she takes inspiration from the stage presence of Presley, the vocal prowess of Joplin and the flamboyant style of Bolan. She combines vintage style and raw vocals to produce powerful, provocative tracks with a retro flair.
