Guerrilla Tactics is an annual flagship conference for small and medium sized architectural practices, focused on essential business skills for architects. This year's edition, 'Positioning your practice for a changing profession', explores how architects can take advantage of new directions and opportunities emerging across the profession. It features expert-led talks and roundtable discussions on defining your offer, pricing, winning new work, sustainability, succession and new technologies, with networking and mentoring opportunities. The programme also includes seven hours of on-demand CPD via RIBA Academy.
