About
Heart and Soul is a contemplative spiritual gathering for reflecting on life in the company of others. Sessions include themed readings and music from an eclectic range of sources, guided prayers of gratitude, self-reflection, silent meditation and candle-lighting to express loving-kindness and compassion. Members of the community take turns leading the in-person meetings, which are held once a month in the church hall, with Jane Blackall involved. Newcomers are always welcome, and there is time afterwards for refreshments, usually cake, and a friendly chat.
