About

Jack and the Beanstalk is a pantomime retelling of the classic English fairy tale, staged as festive family entertainment full of song, dance and madcap adventure. Olivier Award winner Clive Rowe directs and stars in this sassy, tongue-in-cheek version of the story. It follows the streetwise Jack, who sells his beloved cow for a tin of beans that sprouts into an enchanted beanstalk, sending him on an epic quest into the land of giants to face a fearsome giant and save his village. The show mixes laughs, larger-than-life characters and dazzling numbers with messages about community, courage and anti-greed.
