Joe Harvey-Whyte & Bobby Lee: ambient americana live.
- The Old Church
- £17.47
About
Joe Harvey-Whyte & Bobby Lee headline a live music evening at The Old Church in Stoke Newington, with support from Beholder. The pair are a UK duo whose new project, "Last Ride", blends dusty Paris, Texas-esque instrumentals, west coast canyon-rock, brit-folk pastoralism, kosmische grooves and new-age mellowness. Joe Harvey-Whyte is an ambient pedal steel explorer and Bobby Lee a psych-country guitarist, both torch bearers of ambient americana on their side of the Atlantic. Beholder, the live project of artist Ollie Malin (aka Romaal Kultan), spans ambient, poetry, meditation and jazz.
