About

Kente Cloth Crafts is a free paper-crafts workshop celebrating Black heritage, inspired by the Kente cloths of Ghana, held at Brixton Tate Library. It is run by Lambeth's Brixton Library, with library manager Isioma Mabatah as the contact. Participants weave colourful paper, add their own geometric designs and patterns to take home, or help weave a big Brixton kente quilt together. It is open to all ages, recommended for 2 to 14.
