A free lunchtime dance class on The Dance Floor at Sadler's Wells East, open to all ages and abilities and adapted for seated exercise. It is led by Isaac 'Vitamin' Baptise, a dancer, choreographer and educator with over 20 years' teaching experience who grew up in a Caribbean family and immersed himself in hip hop culture. His fun, inclusive social dance workshops are designed primarily for enjoyment, exploring a variety of dance styles, occasionally including partner work, set mainly to classic 1970s funk music. Participants develop fitness, coordination, confidence and musicality in a relaxed, supportive environment that encourages creativity and social connection.
